Matte Knife
This was exercise 2.6. I decided to make the background white so I could shown the shadow of the knife. It looked kinda weird with the big patched of white, so I expanded, shading it out for effect.
Outside On a Sunny Day
Josie and I went outside to work on exercise 2.8. We sat in the park across the street and sketched for about half an hour. I liked the space; it had a lot of trees and therefor a lot of shadow to draw.Pear and Napkin
I think this turned out okay considering I never realized how hard it is to draw a napkin!!!
